By booking travel with Christina’s Travel Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Agency Role

Christina’s Travel Agency acts as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services on behalf of clients with third-party suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel service providers.

Christina’s Travel Agency does not own, manage, operate, supervise, or control these independent suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, negligence, errors, delays, injuries, losses, accidents, or defaults.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing, availability, and package inclusions are subject to change without notice until a deposit or full payment has been processed.

Travel pricing is dynamic and may fluctuate due to:

• Supplier pricing updates
• Availability changes
• Fuel surcharges
• Taxes and government fees
• Currency exchange rates
• Demand and seasonal pricing

Quoted prices cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed by the supplier.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on supplier requirements.

Clients are responsible for making all payments by the supplier’s stated due dates. Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in:

• Automatic cancellation
• Loss of deposit
• Additional fees
• Loss of promotional pricing

Christina’s Travel Agency is not responsible for penalties or pricing increases caused by late payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier(s) involved in your booking.

Refunds, if applicable:

• Are not guaranteed
• May be subject to penalties
• May take several weeks or months to process
• May be issued in the form of future travel credit instead of monetary reimbursement

Christina’s Travel Agency is not responsible for supplier refund timelines or denied refund requests.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
• Medical emergencies
• Emergency evacuations
• Travel delays
• Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
• Supplier default

If travel insurance is declined, the traveler accepts full financial responsibility for any losses, cancellations, medical expenses, or travel disruptions.

Travel Documents & Identification

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying proper travel documentation including:

• Valid passports
• Visas
• Identification
• Vaccination records (if required)
• Entry documentation required by destination countries

Many destinations require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return.

Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or cancellation without refund.

Health, Accessibility & Special Needs

Clients are responsible for informing Christina’s Travel Agency of any:

• Medical conditions
• Dietary restrictions
• Mobility limitations
• Accessibility requirements
• Autism or sensory-related needs
• Special accommodations

While Christina’s Travel Agency specializes in accessible and special needs travel planning, accommodations and accessibility requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability and confirmation.

Supplier Changes & Force Majeure

Travel suppliers may alter, modify, postpone, or cancel travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to:

• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Mechanical issues
• Government actions
• Strikes
• Pandemics
• Civil unrest
• Acts of God

Christina’s Travel Agency is not liable for losses, damages, delays, additional expenses, or inconveniences resulting from these events.

Air Travel

Airline schedules, seating, routes, baggage policies, and fees are controlled solely by the airline and are subject to change at any time.

Christina’s Travel Agency is not responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Missed connections
• Seat assignments
• Airline schedule changes
• Baggage fees or baggage loss
• Airline service disruptions

Clients are responsible for reviewing all airline policies prior to travel.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, confirmations, itineraries, and invoices immediately upon receipt.

Any errors or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or inability to make corrections.

Clients are also responsible for:

• Arriving at airports, ports, and transportation locations on time
• Following all supplier rules and policies
• Understanding entry requirements for destinations

Liability Disclaimer

Christina’s Travel Agency shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Death
• Property damage
• Theft or loss
• Travel delays
• Supplier defaults
• Mechanical failures
• Quarantine restrictions
• Acts of terrorism
• Government restrictions
• Financial losses related to travel disruptions

By booking travel services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel.

Authorization to Book

By submitting payment, completing a travel request form, or otherwise authorizing travel arrangements, the client authorizes Christina’s Travel Agency to make travel bookings on their behalf and agrees to all supplier terms and conditions in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

No Planning Fee

Christina’s Travel Agency does not charge a planning fee for most travel services. Compensation is generally received through commissions paid by travel suppliers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
